The Hydrogen Council, the global CEO-led initiative comprising the world’s leading companies and investors in hydrogen, is recruiting for a highly motivated Executive Office Coordinator to contribute to its mission and seize existing career growth opportunities within this role.
As the Executive Officer Coordinator, you will work closely with the Council’s – and our member companies’ – top management, while supporting and coordinating the organization’s global team based across key international markets.

Reporting to the CEO, with a dotted line reporting relationship to Hydrogen Council’s Head of Operations:
- Governance (50%): Support the CEO and Head of Operations in planning and preparation of key statutory and governance meetings of the organization – especially Management Board and General Assembly meetings. Help ensure their smooth execution, follow-up and coordination, while assisting with compliance-related procedures and the board election process, among other key responsibilities.
- Executive Support to the CEO (30%): Agenda and calendar management, coordination and scheduling of meetings, logistics, email and correspondence management, document preparation, and support with a range of administrative tasks, including expense administration. Based on the successful candidate’s profile, there may also be opportunities to support the CEO with strategic content work.
- Membership (20%): Working closely with Hydrogen Council’s Operations team, contribute to membership key account management, ensuring that membership-related information and databases are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and members receive top-quality services relevant to their company priorities and interests.
Qualifications and s죽인다
- 경험: at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, including experience supporting and working with international senior executives. Experience within business associations, together with an understanding of the energy sector, and hydrogen in particular, is considered an asset. Optional: interest in growing into a “chief of staff” role.
- 교육: Postgraduate degree in Business, Environmental Studies, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
- 언어: Native-equivalent or full professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Team p층: Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work with and coordinate effectively cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and members to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent writing and presentation design s죽인다: Strong experience in crafting clear, impactful messages and develop compelling presentations tailored to diverse (senior) audiences.
- IT 기술: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, incl. PowerPoint and Excel, with a willingness to learn new tools. Experience with project management and collaboration tools is desirable.
