Last week at the World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam, we launched ‘Hydrogen for a Resilient World’ – a CEO-led Call-to-Action urging governments to accelerate hydrogen deployment as a cornerstone of energy resilience, security and decarbonisation.
The timing couldn’t be more fitting for our latest video.
Filmed at our Global CEO Summit in December 2025, the message from our member CEOs was already clear and has only grown more urgent since:
- Demand activation remains the industry’s single biggest challenge. Supply momentum is real; long-term demand signals and contracts must now follow.
- Policy clarity unlocks progress – from carbon intensity rules to certification and infrastructure investment.
- 2026 can be a breakthrough year for clean hydrogen – if supply, demand and policy align.
The Call-to-Action sets out three priorities for governments:
1️⃣ Act now – embed hydrogen in emergency crisis response measures
2️⃣ Activate demand creation tools
3️⃣ Boost critical infrastructure investment
Industry is moving. The foundations are being built. Now is the moment to deliver.
