H2 View\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u50cf\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u6b63\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4ea7\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u7a0e\u6536\u4f18\u60e0\u6765\u63a8\u8fdb\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u5728\u4e8e\u5b83\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u76d1\u7ba1\u6765\u63a8\u52a8\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201d\u6b27\u76df\u63a8\u52a8\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u6b27\u6d32\u5c1a\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u6253\u51fa\u7684\u4e00\u5f20\u724c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u624d\u521a\u521a\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u6c22\u80fd\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u9884\u6d4b\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6307\u4ee4\uff08RED III\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u201c\u91ca\u653e\u201d\u6bcf\u5e74 800 \u4e07\u5428\uff08mtpa\uff09\u7684\u6c22\u6c14\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6b27\u6d32\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u771f\u6b63\u5851\u9020\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u771f\u6b63\u5851\u9020\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>RED III \u6307\u4ee4\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u4ea4\u901a\u9886\u57df\u5bf9\u7eff\u8272\u6c22\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u7535\u4ef7\u53ef\u80fd\u6291\u5236\u56fd\u5185\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u4e5f\u6b63\u51c6\u5907\u6210\u4e3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u80fd\u6e90\u8f7d\u4f53\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8fdb\u53e3\u5730\u533a\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u8fdb\u53e3\u6c22\u6c14\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u76ee\u6807\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u89c4\u5219\u4ecd\u672a\u786e\u5b9a\u3002\u6770\u6885\u5c14\u79d1\u5a03\u8b66\u544a\u8bf4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ee7\u7eed\u62d6\u5ef6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6b27\u6d32\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u5b9a\uff08FID\uff09\u505c\u6ede\u4e0d\u524d\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u4e2d\u4e1c\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u9879\u76ee\u90fd\u5728\u7b49\u5f85\u5c06\u8be5\u6307\u6807\u7eb3\u5165\u6700\u7ec8\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u5b9a (FID)
