href=\"https:\/\/www.agbi.com\/opinion\/energy\/2024\/10\/the-middle-east-has-the-chance-to-lead-on-hydrogen\/\">\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u963f\u683c\u6bd4<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>\u4f5c\u8005\uff1aIvana Jemelkova\uff0c\u6c22\u80fd\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e2d\u4e1c\u5177\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u5176\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u5f15\u9886\u5168\u7403\u6c22\u80fd\u53d1\u5c55\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u51ed\u501f\u5176\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6f5c\u529b\u3001\u6218\u7565\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u5927\u578b\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u63a8\u8fdb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agbi.com\/opinion\/oil-and-gas\/2024\/04\/frank-kane-a-just-energy-transition-cannot-be-rushed\/\">\u5168\u7403\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u963f\u8054\u914b\u548c\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u7b49\u56fd\u5bb6\u6295\u8d44\u5343\u5146\u7ea7\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agbi.com\/topics\/hydrogen\/\">\u6c22\u80fd\u9879\u76ee<\/a>\uff0c\u5b83\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u63a8\u8fdb\u6e05\u6d01\u6c22\u80fd\u90e8\u7f72\u7684\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5168\u7403\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6c22\u80fd\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u62a5\u544a\uff0c&nbsp;<em>2024 \u5e74\u6c22\u80fd\u6d1e\u5bdf<\/em>\uff0c\u76d8\u70b9\u4e86\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\u8fc7\u53bb\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u6e05\u6d01\u6c22\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u6e20\u9053\u6b63\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u548c\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u8fdb\u5165\u6700\u7ec8\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u7b56\u9636\u6bb5 (FID)\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u52302030\u5e74\uff0c\u90e8\u7f72\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u89c4\u6a21\u5fc5\u987b\u5927\u5e45\u52a0\u5feb\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u672c\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e2d\u53f6\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62a5\u544a\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u5168\u7403 1500 \u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u8fbe\u6210 FID \u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u800c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u516c\u544a\u9879\u76ee\uff09\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u8d44\u672c\u8fbe\u5230\u521b\u7eaa\u5f55\u7684 14750 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6570\u5b57\u662f\u8fc7\u53bb\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u4e03\u500d\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u7403\u6c22\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u50a8\u5907\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4ece 2020 \u5e74\u7684 228 \u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u6269\u5927\u5230 2024 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u7684 1,572 \u4e2a\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c2023 \u5e74 10 \u6708\u81f3 2024 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5bf9\u5df2\u8fdb\u5165\u6700\u7ec8\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u7b56\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u9ad8\u7ea7\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u589e\u957f\u4e86 90%\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5df2\u5ba3\u5e03\u7684\u603b\u6295\u8d44\u989d\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230 14.68 \u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f 20%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u62a5\u544a\u8fd8\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u4e2d\u4e1c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u6c22\u80fd\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5bf9\u5343\u5146\u7ea7\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6c22\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7 FID \u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5e74\u4ea7\u80fd\u4e3a 30 \u4e07\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u4e1c\u5730\u533a\u5360\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u8fc7 FID \u9636\u6bb5\u7535\u89e3\u4ea7\u80fd\u7684\u7ea6 10%\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5bf9\u63a8\u8fdb\u6c22\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5efa\u8bbe\u6709\u7740\u575a\u5b9a\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u533a 45% \u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u6295\u8d44\u90fd\u7528\u4e8e\u6c22\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5efa\u8bbe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u533a\u57df\u548c\u5168\u7403\u9879\u76ee\u6e20\u9053\u4ece\u516c\u544a\u5230\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u660e\u663e\u8f6c\u53d8\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u51cf\u5458\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\u884c\u4e1a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u88ab\u6dd8\u6c70\uff0c\u800c\u6f5c\u529b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u5219\u88ab\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e5f\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u98ce\u80fd\u548c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u8fdb\u5165 FID \u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u6c22\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u8d44\u672c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e03\u500d\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u884c\u4e1a\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u5b8f\u89c2\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9006\u98ce\u4ee5\u53ca\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u4e0a\u5347\u548c\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u74f6\u9888\u7b49\u884c\u4e1a\u7279\u5b9a\u6311\u6218\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u8fdf\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6c22\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u660e\u786e\u7684\u957f\u671f\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5efa\u7acb\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5bf9\u6c22\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u9700\u6c42\u65b9\u7684\u53ef\u89c1\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u6269\u5927\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u7535\u89e3\u5668\u5236\u9020\u89c4\u6a21\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u4e2d\u6e38\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u6295\u8d44\u652f\u6301\u7684\u5173\u952e\u5148\u51b3\u6761\u4ef6\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u6c72\u53d6\u8fc7\u53bb\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u7d27\u6025\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e3b\u8981\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u884c\u4e1a\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u5b9e\u65bd\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u6709\u5229\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6c22\u80fd\u5728\u5168\u7403\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5f39\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u73b0\u5df2\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6c22\u80fd\u90e8\u7f72\u6b63\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u672c\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e2d\u53f6\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5e76\u63a8\u52a8\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u518d\u6b21\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u4e2d\u4e1c\u7684\u6218\u7565\u6295\u8d44\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u6c22\u80fd\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5c06\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u52a0\u901f\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5fc5\u987b\u52a0\u5feb\u90e8\u7f72\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u672c\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e2d\u53f6\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":14288,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[81,87,82,79,83,84,78,74,152,85,86,77,80,96,112],"tags":[145],"class_list":["post-14286","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-africa","category-article","category-asia-pacific","category-category","category-central-south-america","category-europe","category-format","category-hydrogen-in-action","category-market-overview","category-middle-east","category-north-america","category-region","category-subject-matter","category-thought-leadership","category-trade","tag-thought-leadership"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!--
