Council \u306e\u30ec\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u306f\u3001 <strong><em>\u6c34\u7d20\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u7d4c\u8def<\/em>&#039;<\/strong>\u306f\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u6c34\u7d20\u4f9b\u7d66\u7d4c\u8def\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u751f\u6210\u3055\u308c\u308b\u6e29\u5ba4\u52b9\u679c\u30ac\u30b9 (GHG) \u6392\u51fa\u91cf\u3068\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u6c34\u7d20\u7528\u9014\u306e\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb GHG \u6392\u51fa\u91cf\u306e\u8a55\u4fa1\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u3092\u63d0\u4f9b\u3057\u307e\u3059 (\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3092\u53c2\u7167)\u3002 <strong><em>\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8 1 \u2013 \u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb \u30a2\u30bb\u30b9\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8<\/em><\/strong>\uff09\u3002\u3055\u3089\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30ec\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u3067\u306f\u3001\u518d\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u6c34\u7d20\u3068\u4f4e\u70ad\u7d20\u6c34\u7d20\u3092\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u306b\u5c55\u958b\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306e\u5b9f\u73fe\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3068\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u30013 \u3064\u306e\u4eee\u60f3\u7684\u306a\u6c34\u7d20\u4f9b\u7d66\u30b7\u30ca\u30ea\u30aa\u3092\u8abf\u67fb\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059 (\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3092\u53c2\u7167)\u3002 <strong><em>\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8 2 \u2013 \u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u306a\u4f9b\u7d66\u30b7\u30ca\u30ea\u30aa<\/em><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u3053\u306e\u5831\u544a\u66f8\u306f\u3001\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u306a\u4f4e\u70ad\u7d20\u6c34\u7d20\u4f9b\u7d66\u304c\u7d4c\u6e08\u7684\u304a\u3088\u3073\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u306b\u5b9f\u73fe\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u9069\u5207\u306a\u5c40\u6240\u7684\u30a2\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30c1\u3068\u751f\u7523\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306e\u30d9\u30b9\u30c8\u30d7\u30e9\u30af\u30c6\u30a3\u30b9\u304c\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308c\u3070\u3001\u5927\u304d\u306a\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u5831\u544a\u66f8\u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb\u306e\u6e29\u5ba4\u52b9\u679c\u30ac\u30b9 (GHG) \u6392\u51fa\u91cf\u3092\u524a\u6e1b\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306e\u6c34\u7d20\u88fd\u9020\u7d4c\u8def\u306f 1 \u3064\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u5730\u57df\u306e\u8cc7\u6e90\u3092\u6d3b\u7528\u3057\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u88fd\u9020\u7d4c\u8def\u306e\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3092\u542b\u3080\u4e8b\u5b9f\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u30a2\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30c1\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u308c\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u6392\u51fa\u91cf\u3068\u30b3\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u4e21\u65b9\u306e\u524a\u6e1b\u304c\u9054\u6210\u3055\u308c\u3001\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u306b\u306f\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc \u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u306e\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u5316\u3068\u5730\u7403\u6e29\u6696\u5316\u306e\u6291\u5236\u306b\u5f79\u7acb\u3061\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8 1 \u2013 \u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb \u30a2\u30bb\u30b9\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u3053\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u306e\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb\u8a55\u4fa1 (LCA) \u5206\u6790\u306f\u3001\u4e00\u6b21\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u306e\u62bd\u51fa\u304b\u3089\u6700\u7d42\u6d88\u8cbb\u307e\u3067\u3001\u30b5\u30d7\u30e9\u30a4 \u30c1\u30a7\u30fc\u30f3\u306e\u3042\u3089\u3086\u308b\u5074\u9762\u306b\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u4e00\u6b21\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u304b\u3089\u6c34\u7d20\u307e\u3067\u306e 8 \u3064\u306e\u30d0\u30ea\u30e5\u30fc \u30c1\u30a7\u30fc\u30f3\u304c\u3001\u8aac\u660e\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u9078\u629e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li>\u793a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u6c34\u7d20\u7d4c\u8def\u3068\u30a2\u30d7\u30ea\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u5168\u4f53\u3067\u3001\u30b0\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u6c34\u7d20 (\u592a\u967d\u5149\u3001\u98a8\u529b) \u3068\u30d6\u30eb\u30fc\u6c34\u7d20\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3001\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u9ad8\u304b\u3089\u9ad8\u306e GHG \u6392\u51fa\u524a\u6e1b\u3092\u5b9f\u8a3c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li>LCA \u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3001\u518d\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc + \u96fb\u6c17\u5206\u89e3\u306f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u8a55\u4fa1\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u6c34\u7d20\u4f9b\u7d66\u7d4c\u8def\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u6700\u3082 GHG \u524a\u6e1b\u91cf\u304c\u5927\u304d\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u6700\u826f\u306e\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u306e\u9752\u3044\u6c34\u7d20\u7d4c\u8def\u3082\u540c\u3058\u7a0b\u5ea6\u306e\u5927\u304d\u3055\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8 2 \u2013 \u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u306a\u4f9b\u7d66\u30b7\u30ca\u30ea\u30aa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u73fe\u5728\u3001\u6c34\u7d20\u306e\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u306f\u5316\u77f3\u7d4c\u8def\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u751f\u6210\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 2050 \u5e74\u307e\u3067\u306b\u6c34\u7d20\u4f9b\u7d66\u306e 10 \u500d\u306e\u5897\u5f37\u3092\u9054\u6210\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3002 <a \u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u6c34\u7d20\u306e\u65e2\u5b58\u306e\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u305d\u306e\u591a\u304f\u306e\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u306a\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u5f79\u5272\u306e\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306f\u3001\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u5316\u3055\u308c\u305f\u4f9b\u7d66\u6e90\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u6e80\u305f\u3055\u308c\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li>\u3053\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3001\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u5316\u3055\u308c\u305f\u6c34\u7d20\u6e90\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u305f 3 \u3064\u306e\u4eee\u60f3\u7684\u306a\u4f9b\u7d66\u30b7\u30ca\u30ea\u30aa\u304c\u8003\u616e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 2)
