L'UE est sur le point de finaliser un r\u00e9gime r\u00e9glementaire destin\u00e9 \u00e0 stimuler la croissance de son \u00e9conomie de l'hydrog\u00e8ne. Mais les chiffres de l'industrie pensent que certains aspects devront \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9s dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es si le bloc veut stimuler le secteur pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9titif \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n

L'UE abrite 201 projets de plus de 20 MW au stade du protocole d'accord, selon les donn\u00e9es de l'AIE, mais seuls 19 projets ont pris FID - et aucun ne n\u00e9cessite le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d'un tiers.<\/p>\n

\u00ab En termes de nombre brut de projets propos\u00e9s et d'annonces, il y a beaucoup plus de projets dans l'UE qu'aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Mais il y a plus de projets qui passent au FID aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Daryl Wilson, directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l'organisme industriel Hydrogen Council.<\/p>\n

Cela s'explique en partie par la complexit\u00e9 des r\u00e9glementations de l'UE par rapport \u00e0 d'autres juridictions. Le r\u00e9gime rel\u00e8ve en gros de trois domaines l\u00e9gislatifs : la certification, la stimulation de l'offre et la stimulation de la demande.<\/p>\n
