Ces stations, sous la marque TotalEnergies, seront implant\u00e9es sur des axes strat\u00e9giques majeurs.<\/p><p>Cet accord conduira \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;un acteur majeur des solutions de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne et contribuera \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonation du transport routier en Europe. Les deux entreprises conjugueront leurs savoir-faire et expertises dans les infrastructures, la distribution d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne et la mobilit\u00e9 :<\/p><ul><li>Air Liquide apportera son expertise des technologies et sa ma\u00eetrise de l&#039;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne ;<\/li><li>TotalEnergies apportera son expertise dans l&#039;exploitation et la gestion des r\u00e9seaux de stations et la distribution des \u00e9nergies aux clients BtoB.<\/li><\/ul><p>La joint-venture, qui sera g\u00e9r\u00e9e conjointement par Air Liquide et TotalEnergies, investira, construira et exploitera ces stations, s&#039;approvisionnera en hydrog\u00e8ne sur le march\u00e9 et le distribuera \u00e0 ses clients transporteurs.<\/p><p>Matthieu Giard, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident et membre du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif du groupe Air Liquide, supervisant les activit\u00e9s Hydrog\u00e8ne, souligne : \u00ab L&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne offre des avantages ind\u00e9niables pour la mobilit\u00e9 lourde.
