Siemens Energy, en collaboration avec plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s internationales dirig\u00e9es par HIF Global, d\u00e9veloppe et met en \u0153uvre la premi\u00e8re usine int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et de d\u00e9monstration au monde pour la production d&#039;e-carburant neutre en carbone. Ces e-carburants constitueront un grand pas vers la d\u00e9carbonisation du secteur des transports. Dans la phase pilote, la production d&#039;e-M\u00e9thanol atteindra initialement environ 750 000 litres par an. Une partie de l&#039;e-M\u00e9thanol sera convertie en e-Gasoline (130.000 litres par an). En deux \u00e9tapes, la capacit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 55 millions de litres d&#039;e-essence par an d&#039;ici 2025 et \u00e0 plus de 550 millions de litres par an d&#039;ici 2027. \u00c0 quoi cela ressemble-t-il ? Le Power-to-X signifie que l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est convertie - de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 partir de sources d&#039;\u00e9nergie renouvelables - en hydrog\u00e8ne ou en carburants et mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res synth\u00e9tiques \u00e0 base d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la phase pilote, une \u00e9olienne terrestre de Siemens Gamesa produira de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour alimenter l&#039;\u00e9lectrolyseur PEM de Siemens Energy, pour s\u00e9parer l&#039;eau en ses composants, l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne et l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne vert certifi\u00e9. Ensuite, le CO2 est captur\u00e9 dans l&#039;air et combin\u00e9 avec l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne vert pour produire du m\u00e9thanol synth\u00e9tique\u00a0: la base des carburants neutres pour le climat comme le e-diesel, l&#039;e-essence ou le e-k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne, qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour alimenter les voitures, les camions, les navires ou avions. Dans une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, environ 40% du m\u00e9thanol sont ensuite convertis en essence de synth\u00e8se.
