Le concepteur et fabricant de produits, services et solutions a\u00e9rospatiaux pour une client\u00e8le mondiale est membre directeur de l&#039;Hydrogen Council depuis 2018. D\u00e9couvrez comment la technologie de combustion de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne fonctionnera sur la plateforme d&#039;essais de l&#039;A380 dans l&#039;article suivant.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2015, l&#039;un des moteurs les plus puissants jamais d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour un avion Airbus approchait des derni\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9veloppement. Mais avant de pouvoir \u00e9quiper l&#039;A350-1000 auquel il \u00e9tait destin\u00e9, le moteur devait \u00eatre test\u00e9 en vol et au sol \u2013 une pratique courante pour les nouvelles technologies avant sa mise en service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&#039;est pourquoi, par une agr\u00e9able journ\u00e9e d&#039;automne, l&#039;avion \u00e9quip\u00e9 du moteur de d\u00e9veloppement a d\u00e9coll\u00e9 des installations d&#039;Airbus \u00e0 Toulouse. Le vol d&#039;essai a dur\u00e9 4 heures et 14 minutes et a analys\u00e9 les performances d&#039;une large gamme de r\u00e9glages de puissance \u00e0 des altitudes allant jusqu&#039;\u00e0 35 000 pieds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas l&#039;A350-1000 utilis\u00e9 pour le vol d&#039;essai : c&#039;\u00e9tait l&#039;A380 MSN1, le tout premier A380 \u00e0 sortir de la cha\u00eene de production. L&#039;A380 est l&#039;avion de transport de passagers le plus grand et le plus spacieux au monde jamais construit, une taille qui le rend parfaitement adapt\u00e9 au r\u00f4le de plate-forme d&#039;essai.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd&#039;hui, l&#039;avion d&#039;essai A380 MSN1 est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un nouveau r\u00f4le : prendre l&#039;initiative de tester les technologies qui seront essentielles pour mettre sur le march\u00e9 le premier avion z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission au monde d&#039;ici 2035.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab L&#039;A380 MSN1 est une excellente plate-forme de laboratoire de vol pour les nouvelles technologies de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mathias Andriamisaina, Airbus ZEROe Demonstrator Leader. \u00ab Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une plate-forme s\u00fbre et fiable qui est tr\u00e8s polyvalente pour tester une large gamme de technologies z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour tester et prouver la viabilit\u00e9 des conceptions, des processus, des carburants, des mat\u00e9riaux et des \u00e9quipements, \u00e0 la fois au sol et dans les airs. Ces informations sont ensuite utilis\u00e9es pour affiner et certifier le produit fini. Les d\u00e9monstrateurs servent \u00e9galement \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l&#039;innovation \u00e0 un public plus large, des responsables gouvernementaux et des investisseurs aux journalistes et au grand public.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airbus a une longue exp\u00e9rience dans le lancement de programmes de d\u00e9monstrateurs pour tester des technologies pionni\u00e8res. La famille E-Fan, par exemple, a mis en \u00e9vidence le potentiel du vol tout \u00e9lectrique. Les d\u00e9monstrateurs Vahana et CityAirbus se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s inestimables pour faire avancer la vision d&#039;Airbus en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne urbaine durable. Et, plus r\u00e9cemment, le E-Fan X a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour tester le potentiel de la propulsion hybride-\u00e9lectrique.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9monstrateur ZEROe sera d\u00e9sormais le prochain \u00e0 tester des technologies z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission r\u00e9volutionnaires. Il transportera quatre r\u00e9servoirs d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide en position caudale, ainsi qu&#039;un moteur \u00e0 combustion d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne mont\u00e9 le long du fuselage arri\u00e8re. Le syst\u00e8me de distribution d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide alimentera un syst\u00e8me de conditionnement dans lequel l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide se transformera en sa forme gazeuse avant d&#039;\u00eatre introduit dans le moteur o\u00f9 il sera br\u00fbl\u00e9 pour la propulsion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&quot;Ce n&#039;est pas la premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience d&#039;Airbus avec un vol \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne&quot;, a expliqu\u00e9 Mathias. \u00ab De 2000 \u00e0 2002, Airbus a \u00e9t\u00e9 un partenaire cl\u00e9 du projet de recherche Cryoplane de l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne. Les motoristes travaillent main dans la main avec Airbus sur des programmes de d\u00e9monstrateurs depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Et le d\u00e9monstrateur ZEROe ne fera pas exception.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CFM International, joint-venture entre GE et Safran, va d\u00e9velopper le moteur \u00e0 combustion \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne et le pr\u00e9parer pour les essais. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l&#039;entreprise modifiera la chambre de combustion, le syst\u00e8me de carburant et le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le d&#039;un GE Passport<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MT<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> turbor\u00e9acteur fonctionnant \u00e0 l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne. Le moteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 en raison de sa taille physique, de sa machinerie turbo avanc\u00e9e et de sa capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bit de carburant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque composant technologique \u2013 les r\u00e9servoirs d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, le moteur \u00e0 combustion d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne et le syst\u00e8me de distribution d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne liquide \u2013 sera test\u00e9 individuellement sur le terrain. Ensuite, le syst\u00e8me complet sera test\u00e9 d&#039;abord au sol puis en vol. Le premier vol devrait avoir lieu dans les cinq prochaines
