L&#039;installation de stockage est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au pipeline d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne de 340 milles (545 km) de Linde qui dessert plus de 50 raffineries et usines chimiques de Sweeny, au Texas, \u00e0 Lake Charles, en Louisiane.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9seau de pipelines de la c\u00f4te du golfe de Linde a la capacit\u00e9 de fournir 1,2 milliard de pieds cubes (32 millions de m\u00e8tres cubes) d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne par jour en r\u00e9gime permanent, avec une capacit\u00e9 de pointe quotidienne de 1,3 milliard de pieds cubes (35 millions de m\u00e8tres cubes).<\/p><p><strong>Q. Comment la caverne existante augmente-t-elle la disponibilit\u00e9 de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne ?<\/strong><\/p><p>En \u00e9tant int\u00e9gr\u00e9e directement au c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me de pipeline d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne de 340 milles de la c\u00f4te du Golfe de Linde, la caverne peut r\u00e9pondre instantan\u00e9ment aux besoins en hydrog\u00e8ne planifi\u00e9s ou non planifi\u00e9s d&#039;un client.<\/p><p>Par exemple, la plupart des raffineurs fournissent une partie importante de leurs besoins en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 partir de leurs propres sources d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne et, parfois, ces sources deviennent indisponibles. Dans le pass\u00e9, les raffineurs ajustaient leurs processus de raffinage lorsque l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne n&#039;\u00e9tait pas imm\u00e9diatement disponible en cas de perte d&#039;approvisionnement. La caverne fournit cette alimentation de secours en ligne.<\/p><p><strong>Q. Pourquoi utiliser une caverne pour la disponibilit\u00e9 ? Cela ne pourrait-il pas se faire avec des usines de production d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne ?<\/strong><\/p><p>Les syst\u00e8mes de gazoducs fonctionnent avec un stockage limit\u00e9. Linde doit donc continuellement adapter l&#039;approvisionnement du syst\u00e8me pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande des clients. Dans le cas de notre caverne au Texas, le moteur initial \u00e9tait le fait que les usines de production d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne ne peuvent pas \u00eatre mises en marche et hors ligne instantan\u00e9ment.<br \/>sans grandes inefficacit\u00e9s et usure importante de l&#039;\u00e9quipement et il y a des moments o\u00f9 la demande d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne de la raffinerie n&#039;est pas satisfaite, et le raffineur est oblig\u00e9 d&#039;ajuster son processus de production. La caverne de stockage en ligne change ce paradigme de disponibilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Il en va de m\u00eame pour les \u00e9nergies renouvelables - le soleil ne brille pas toujours et le vent ne souffle pas toujours, mais la demande est l\u00e0 en permanence et nous devons nous assurer d&#039;avoir une solution pour faire correspondre l&#039;offre \u00e0 la demande, de mani\u00e8re fiable et \u00e9conomique.<\/p><p><strong>Q.
