FutureSmart Mining d&#039;Anglo American<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>MT<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u00e9veloppe et met en \u0153uvre des innovations radicales qui transforment la nature m\u00eame de l&#039;exploitation mini\u00e8re et la mani\u00e8re dont les parties prenantes vivent et interagissent avec l&#039;industrie. C&#039;est un projet ambitieux qui marque la premi\u00e8re fois qu&#039;un camion de cette taille et de cette capacit\u00e9 de charge (un camion de 220 tonnes avec une capacit\u00e9 de charge de 290 tonnes = un poids total en charge de 510 tonnes) a \u00e9t\u00e9 converti pour fonctionner \u00e0 l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne qui sera produit sur -site en combinaison hybride avec une batterie.<\/p><ul><li>Le nuGen<sup>MT<\/sup> camion est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&#039;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 moteur diesel. Le camion utilise une pile \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne hybride fournissant environ la moiti\u00e9 de la puissance et une batterie l&#039;autre moiti\u00e9, pour permettre la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&#039;\u00e9nergie du freinage.<\/li><li>L&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la pile \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 partir du r\u00e9servoir et se m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne pour cr\u00e9er de l&#039;eau dans une r\u00e9action chimique catalys\u00e9e par le platine. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui est utilis\u00e9e pour alimenter les moteurs qui entra\u00eenent les roues. La seule \u00e9mission du v\u00e9hicule est de la vapeur d&#039;eau.<\/li><li>La centrale hybride batterie\/pile \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne de 2 m\u00e9gawatts, qui remplace le moteur diesel install\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue par Anglo American et son partenaire First Mode \u00e0 Seattle, aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/li><li>Les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l&#039;alimentation et de batterie du camion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 globale en r\u00e9cup\u00e9rant l&#039;\u00e9nergie lorsque les camions de transport descendent, gr\u00e2ce au freinage r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif.<\/li><li>En r\u00e9cup\u00e9rant l&#039;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative cr\u00e9\u00e9e lors de la conduite en descente, nous r\u00e9duisons nos besoins en \u00e9nergie externe. Cette \u00e9nergie, stock\u00e9e dans la batterie, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, \u00e9tend l&#039;autonomie du camion et r\u00e9duit le temps hors cycle des camions, car le ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne est nettement plus rapide que la recharge des batteries.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre du nuGen int\u00e9gr\u00e9<sup>MT<\/sup> Solution, Anglo American a \u00e9galement construit un complexe de production, de stockage et de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission \u00e0 Mogalakwena qui int\u00e8gre le plus grand \u00e9lectrolyseur d&#039;Afrique et un champ solaire photovolta\u00efque pour soutenir le fonctionnement du camion de transport.
