Plus tard, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#039;une PME familiale belge. Depuis 2000, Steven est consultant sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les processus d&#039;engagement des parties prenantes appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie (planification de sc\u00e9narios) et \u00e0 l&#039;innovation, dans un \u00e9ventail de secteurs et de th\u00e8mes. Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, elle a travaill\u00e9 avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, des associations industrielles, des d\u00e9cideurs politiques et des consultants pour les aider \u00e0 naviguer dans le paysage politique et r\u00e9glementaire en Europe, ainsi qu&#039;\u00e0 \u00e9laborer et mettre en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s leurs strat\u00e9gies de plaidoyer. Les principaux domaines d&#039;intervention de Daria ont \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;un cadre politique et l\u00e9gislatif favorable \u00e0 l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, la tarification du carbone et la conception des march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens de gros de l&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Andre\u00ef V. Tchouvelev | Directeur S\u00e9curit\u00e9\/R\u00e9glementation<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4974\" src=\"https:\/\/hydrogencouncil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/AVT_static.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"198\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Andrei a 38 ans d&#039;exp\u00e9rience dans l&#039;\u00e9nergie et la technologie de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, dont 20 ans dans le d\u00e9veloppement RCS. Il a men\u00e9 des recherches marquantes sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, sur des sujets tels que le comportement de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, la ventilation, les hazlocs, les reculs et le placement des capteurs. Auparavant, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de HySafe de 2011 \u00e0 2015 et termine son mandat de pr\u00e9sident de l&#039;ISO\/TC 197 de 2012 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2021.
