Do you bring a can-do mentality, take ownership, and enjoy working with senior leaders and global stakeholders?<\/p><p>The Hydrogen Council, the global CEO-led initiative comprising the world\u2019s leading companies and investors in hydrogen, is recruiting for a highly motivated Executive Office Coordinator to contribute to its mission and seize existing career growth opportunities within this role.<\/p><p>As the Executive Officer Coordinator, you will work closely with the Council\u2019s \u2013 and our member companies\u2019 \u2013 top management, while supporting and coordinating the organization\u2019s global team based across key international markets.<\/p><p><strong>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><p>Reporting to the CEO, with a dotted line reporting relationship to Hydrogen Council\u2019s Head of Operations:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Governance (50%):<\/strong> Support the CEO and Head of Operations in planning and preparation of key statutory and governance meetings of the organization \u2013 especially Management Board and General Assembly meetings. Help ensure their smooth execution, follow-up and coordination, while assisting with compliance-related procedures and the board election process, among other key responsibilities.<\/li><li><strong>Executive Support to the CEO (30%):<\/strong> Agenda and calendar management, coordination and scheduling of meetings, logistics, email and correspondence management, document preparation, and support with a range of administrative tasks, including expense administration. Based on the successful candidate\u2019s profile, there may also be opportunities to support the CEO with strategic content work.<\/li><li><strong>Membership (20%):<\/strong> Working closely with Hydrogen Council\u2019s Operations team, contribute to membership key account management, ensuring that membership-related information and databases are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and members receive top-quality services relevant to their company priorities and interests.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Qualifications and s<\/strong><strong>tue<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Exp\u00e9rience:<\/strong> at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, including experience \u00a0supporting and working with international senior executives. Experience within business associations, together with an understanding of the energy sector, and hydrogen in particular, is considered an asset. Optional: interest in growing into a \u201cchief of staff\u201d role.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>\u00c9ducation:<\/strong> Postgraduate degree in Business, Environmental Studies, International Relations, Law, or a related field.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Langues :<\/strong> Native-equivalent or full professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Team p<\/strong><strong>couche:<\/strong> Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work with and coordinate effectively cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and members to achieve shared objectives.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Excellent w<\/strong><strong>riting and p<\/strong><strong>resentation d<\/strong><strong>esign s<\/strong><strong>tue:<\/strong> Strong experience in crafting clear, impactful messages and develop compelling presentations tailored to diverse (senior) audiences.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Comp\u00e9tences informatiques :<\/strong> Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, incl. PowerPoint and Excel, with a willingness to learn new tools.
