Cela commence tout juste \u00e0 se manifester. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Selon les propres projections du Conseil de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, la directive europ\u00e9enne sur les \u00e9nergies renouvelables (RED III), ainsi que les programmes aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Japon et en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, pourraient \u201c lib\u00e9rer \u201d huit millions de tonnes par an (Mtpa) de demande d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne d&#039;ici 2030.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c L\u2019Europe pourrait v\u00e9ritablement fa\u00e7onner non seulement ses propres besoins, mais aussi le march\u00e9 mondial. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>La directive RED III fixe des obligations d&#039;utilisation de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne vert dans les secteurs industriels et de la mobilit\u00e9. L&#039;Europe se positionne \u00e9galement comme un importateur majeur de ce vecteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en raison des prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui pourraient freiner une production nationale \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, les r\u00e8gles d&#039;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne import\u00e9 aux objectifs restent \u00e0 d\u00e9finir. Jemelkova a averti que tout retard suppl\u00e9mentaire dans leur prise de d\u00e9cision pourrait bloquer les d\u00e9cisions finales d&#039;investissement (DFI) en Europe et ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous avons connaissance de plusieurs projets au Moyen-Orient et dans d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions du monde qui attendent de pouvoir int\u00e9grer cet indicateur dans le calcul de la d\u00e9cision finale d&#039;investissement et de voir si leur projet pourra ou non \u00eatre men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien \u201d, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c L\u2019Europe a la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider si nous assisterons \u00e0 une plus grande maturation et \u00e0 une croissance accrue, ou si les choses seront frein\u00e9es. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Si les progr\u00e8s techniques contribueront \u00e0 d\u00e9bloquer les projets, Jemelkova consid\u00e8re la volont\u00e9 politique comme le principal d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a cit\u00e9 l&#039;exemple de la Chine qui, selon elle, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne une priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique et non un simple outil de d\u00e9carbonation.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier rapport du Conseil de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne montre que la Chine est en t\u00eate des investissements mondiaux engag\u00e9s, avec 1 TP4 033 milliards de dollars et une capacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle mondiale d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne vert de plus de 501 TP3 000 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien que le rapport ait relev\u00e9 une divergence d&#039;opinions entre les PDG quant \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de reproduire ce type de domination dans d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions, Jemelkova estime que son engagement le permet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00a0Le pays a mis\u00e9 sur l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne comme un pari strat\u00e9gique\u00a0\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le PDG. \u201c\u00a0Il y voit une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 de leadership technologique et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 mondiale. C\u2019est ce que nous souhaiterions voir dans d\u2019autres gouvernements \u00e9galement.\u00a0\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Selon elle, le pragmatisme et le r\u00e9alisme sont essentiels pour sous-tendre cela.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Ne laissons pas le perfectionnisme entraver le bien \u201d, a-t-elle soulign\u00e9. \u201c L\u2019Europe, en toute bonne foi, qui s\u2019efforce de cr\u00e9er un cadre id\u00e9al, est forc\u00e9ment lente tandis que d\u2019autres avancent. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elle a exhort\u00e9 les d\u00e9cideurs politiques \u00e0 jeter des bases solides, sans compromis sur le climat,
