Parall\u00e8lement, certaines r\u00e9gions ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures susceptibles de soutenir l&#039;adoption de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne propre. Alors que le paysage r\u00e9glementaire est encore en \u00e9volution, ce rapport examine le contexte politique actuel et son impact sur l&#039;adoption de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne propre.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;adoption effective d&#039;ici 2030 d\u00e9pend encore du calendrier et de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre de ces m\u00e9canismes politiques et est donc susceptible d&#039;\u00e9voluer. Cette analyse examine la faisabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en hydrog\u00e8ne propre des sous-segments existants et nouveaux d&#039;ici 2030 dans l&#039;UE, en Asie de l&#039;Est et aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Ces r\u00e9gions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es en raison de l&#039;importance et de la dynamique pr\u00e9coce des initiatives politiques et du d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures en faveur de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne propre, en vigueur depuis le 1er janvier 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base de la demande totale potentielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans ces r\u00e9gions, toutes fili\u00e8res confondues, nous classons les millions de tonnes par an (Mt pa) de demande en trois segments, en tenant compte \u00e0 la fois de l\u2019\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt relatif entre l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne propre ou ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s et les alternatives conventionnelles, ainsi que de l\u2019\u00e9tendue des infrastructures suppl\u00e9mentaires n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9ploiement de mol\u00e9cules propres.<\/p>\n<p>La page suivante pr\u00e9sente les d\u00e9tails de ces trois segments qui peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s par ordre croissant de l\u2019effort n\u00e9cessaire pour servir les sous-segments sous-jacents avec de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne propre.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Messages cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dans un sc\u00e9nario de r\u00e9chauffement &lt;2\u00baC, environ 34 Mt par an de demande totale d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne et de d\u00e9riv\u00e9s pourraient se mat\u00e9rialiser dans l&#039;UE, en Asie de l&#039;Est et aux \u00c9tats-Unis d&#039;ici 2030, dont environ 8 Mt par an pourraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 justifier une analyse de rentabilisation soutenue par les politiques en faveur de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne propre.<\/p>\n<p>Environ 75% sont concentr\u00e9s dans des cas d&#039;utilisation \u00e9tablis (par exemple, le raffinage, l&#039;ammoniac), tandis que l&#039;adoption initiale dans de nouveaux secteurs (par exemple, maritime et a\u00e9ronautique) constitue les 25% restants.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9carbonisation du volume total \u00e9quivaudrait \u00e0 environ 250 MtCO2e de r\u00e9duction annuelle, soit l&#039;\u00e9quivalent d&#039;un quart des \u00e9missions annuelles totales du Japon ou de l&#039;empreinte carbone annuelle totale de l&#039;Espagne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trois poches de demande pourraient \u00eatre d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des avanc\u00e9es variables en mati\u00e8re de politiques et d\u2019infrastructures couvrant les secteurs \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (raffinage, produits chimiques, production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9) et les transports (camionnage, aviation, transport maritime) dans ces r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Combler l\u2019\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne propre : principales mesures<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les mesures cl\u00e9s suivantes pourraient \u00eatre essentielles pour lib\u00e9rer cette demande et combler l\u2019\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt avec les alternatives conventionnelles :<\/p>\n<p>(i) la mise en \u0153uvre effective des mesures politiques existantes dans l\u2019UE, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Japon et en Cor\u00e9e du Sud ;<\/p>\n<p>(ii) l\u2019expansion des infrastructures interm\u00e9diaires pour permettre un approvisionnement \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone pour les cas d\u2019utilisation existants\u00a0;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(iii) le d\u00e9ploiement de nouvelles infrastructures nettes combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des mesures visant \u00e0 combler l\u2019\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt avec des alternatives \u00e0 plus fortes \u00e9missions pour les nouvelles utilisations finales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
