La grande inconnue n&#039;est pas l&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat du march\u00e9. Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/hydrogencouncil.com\/fr\/global-hydrogen-flows-2023-update\/\">rapport r\u00e9cent du Conseil de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/a>La demande en hydrog\u00e8ne propre devrait atteindre 375 millions de tonnes par an d\u2019ici 2050. Non, la question la plus urgente concerne notre capacit\u00e9 relative \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les infrastructures, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les technologies et \u00e0 concevoir les processus n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande mondiale.\u00a0<\/p><p>C&#039;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la raison pour laquelle le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LChkRlosk20\">ouverture d&#039;une nouvelle usine pilote d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/a> \u00e0 Kawasaki, au Japon, est si importante. Asahi Kasei Corp., bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Tokyo, consid\u00e8re les \u00ab activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00bb comme l\u2019un de ses moteurs de croissance strat\u00e9giques. Et avec les expansions de march\u00e9 pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 l\u2019horizon, l\u2019installation constitue une \u00e9tape importante dans cet effort : une installation multi-modules commercialement viable qu\u2019Asahi Kasei appelle l\u2019Aqualyzer<sup>MT<\/sup>, capable d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyser de l&#039;eau alcaline dans la classe des 100 MW. La nouvelle installation pilote se compose de quatre modules de 0,8 MW avec des cellules d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyse de la m\u00eame taille que les unit\u00e9s commerciales qui permettent d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les tests de d\u00e9veloppement des mat\u00e9riaux et d&#039;optimisation du fonctionnement. Cette installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite avec le soutien du \u00ab Fonds d&#039;innovation verte \u00bb<sup>1<\/sup> de l&#039;Organisation japonaise pour le d\u00e9veloppement des nouvelles \u00e9nergies et des technologies industrielles (NEDO).<\/p><p><strong>Approche \u00e9volutive<\/strong><br \/>La technologie commence avec un module de base de 10 MW. En connectant les modules, Asahi Kasei peut facilement faire \u00e9voluer sa capacit\u00e9, non seulement pour am\u00e9liorer la flexibilit\u00e9, mais aussi pour permettre des investissements progressifs et une mise en \u0153uvre plus progressive. Cela peut r\u00e9duire les risques financiers et op\u00e9rationnels qui sont si souvent li\u00e9s aux projets de grande envergure, et ils peuvent \u00e9galement offrir une plus grande adaptabilit\u00e9 pour s&#039;adapter aux in\u00e9vitables changements des march\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9nergie.<\/p><p>Le premier projet concerne le champ de recherche sur l&#039;\u00e9nergie hydrog\u00e8ne de Fukushima (FH2R)<sup>2<\/sup>, situ\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9fecture de Fukushima au Japon. FH2R est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global.toshiba\/ww\/news\/energy\/2020\/03\/news-20200307-01.html\">capable de<\/a> produisant jusqu&#039;\u00e0 2 000 Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne par heure en utilisant des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. L&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne produit par FH2R est utilis\u00e9 pour plusieurs d\u00e9monstrations locales telles que la station de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne situ\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de FH2R.<\/p><p><strong>Des partenariats qui stimulent le d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p><p>Asahi Kasei a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait la d\u00e9monstration d&#039;un module unique \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle au FH2R qui a enregistr\u00e9 plus de 10 000 heures de fonctionnement depuis 2020, soulignant la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9quipement et l&#039;engagement d&#039;Asahi Kasei en mati\u00e8re de maintenance continue apr\u00e8s l&#039;installation. Asahi Kasei s&#039;associe d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 Gentari, membre du Hydrogen Council, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Kuala Lumpur, pour planifier une d\u00e9monstration de classe 60 MW dans le but de d\u00e9ployer \u00e0 terme des installations commerciales \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle dans toute l&#039;Asie. Une conception technique initiale (FEED) est actuellement en cours de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p><p>Aqualyseur<sup>MT<\/sup>La conception de Kawasaki permet de remplacer facilement des \u00e9quipements tels que des membranes et des cellules en cas de dysfonctionnement. Le syst\u00e8me pilote de Kawasaki Works utilise plusieurs modules, accro\u00eet la flexibilit\u00e9, am\u00e9liore la convivialit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit les temps d&#039;arr\u00eat. L&#039;installation est con\u00e7ue pour tenir compte des intermittences de la production d&#039;\u00e9nergie renouvelable en raison de la nature impr\u00e9visible de sources telles que l&#039;\u00e9olien et le solaire. Les \u00e9quipements d&#039;\u00e9lectrolyse doivent \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9actifs \u00e0 ces changements.<\/p><p>Alors que le march\u00e9 mondial de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne continue de cro\u00eetre, des technologies et des partenariats comme ceux-ci seront essentiels pour stimuler l\u2019innovation et suivre les changements r\u00e9glementaires et les demandes changeantes des consommateurs.<\/p><p><strong>Une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive en avant<\/strong><\/p><p>Ensemble, ces projets positionnent Asahi Kasei \u00e0 la fois comme leader et pionnier de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Et comme le souligne le rapport du Hydrogen Council, la tendance vers une \u00e9conomie de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions souligne l&#039;urgence de ce type d&#039;avanc\u00e9es solides. En effet, les investissements dans des installations innovantes comme l&#039;usine pilote d&#039;Asahi Kasei marquent une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire. Pour que la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique soit un succ\u00e8s, des d\u00e9veloppements plus \u00e9volutifs comme ceux-ci deviendront fondamentaux pour conduire la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 vers un avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus propre. Si elle est correctement soutenue, l\u2019\u00e9nergie hydrog\u00e8ne peut jouer un r\u00f4le central dans l\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique et la promotion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9alisation d&#039;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne \/ D\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes d&#039;utilisation de l&#039;\u00e9nergie de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne \/ D\u00e9veloppement technique concernant la construction de mod\u00e8les commerciaux et la preuve \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle d&#039;un syst\u00e8me d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne pour la r\u00e9utilisation de l&#039;\u00e9nergie<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
