La iniciativa emblem\u00e1tica que ha presentado la presidencia de la COP28 puede ser un catalizador vital para acelerar las transiciones a energ\u00edas limpias. Doy una calurosa bienvenida a la Declaraci\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n P\u00fablico-Privada, que se basa en los esfuerzos de colaboraci\u00f3n de la AIE, los copresidentes del Foro Internacional sobre el Comercio de Hidr\u00f3geno, la ONUDI y el Consejo del Hidr\u00f3geno. La Declaraci\u00f3n de Intenci\u00f3n sobre el Reconocimiento Mutuo de Esquemas de Certificaci\u00f3n de Hidr\u00f3geno y Derivados y el lanzamiento de la metodolog\u00eda ISO para la evaluaci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero del hidr\u00f3geno (Especificaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica, TS 19870) ciertamente contribuir\u00e1n a ese fin. La ONUDI apoya activamente la Agenda de Acci\u00f3n sobre el Hidr\u00f3geno de la COP28 y las iniciativas del Foro Internacional sobre el Comercio de Hidr\u00f3geno a trav\u00e9s de la Declaraci\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Privada. Una transici\u00f3n justa al hidr\u00f3geno con bajas emisiones de carbono necesita que todos trabajemos juntos y compartamos nuestros conocimientos y recursos. Espero con inter\u00e9s este di\u00e1logo que nos ayudar\u00e1 a avanzar hacia un futuro m\u00e1s sostenible que no deje a ning\u00fan pa\u00eds atr\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Gagn\u00e9, Jefe de la Secretar\u00eda Ministerial de Energ\u00eda Limpia (CEM)<\/strong>, dijo: \u201cLa Ministerial de Energ\u00eda Limpia fue dise\u00f1ada para construir y fomentar asociaciones, y reunir a las partes interesadas clave hacia el objetivo com\u00fan de acelerar el despliegue de energ\u00eda limpia. Damos la bienvenida a esta Declaraci\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n P\u00fablico Privada lanzada en la COP28 y la consideramos un hito fundamental para aumentar la ambici\u00f3n de acelerar el despliegue del hidr\u00f3geno limpio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulrika Francke, presidenta de ISO<\/strong>, dijo: \u201cLa Mesa Redonda de Alto Nivel sobre Hidr\u00f3geno de la COP28 marca el lanzamiento p\u00fablico de la metodolog\u00eda para la evaluaci\u00f3n de las emisiones de GEI de la cadena de suministro de hidr\u00f3geno desarrollada por la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional de Normalizaci\u00f3n (ISO).
