La creaci\u00f3n de marcos propicios para respaldar las inversiones en tecnolog\u00edas de energ\u00eda limpia hoy en d\u00eda es fundamental para avanzar en la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico: no podemos permitirnos retrasos.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto la UE como los EE. UU. han establecido ambiciosos objetivos clim\u00e1ticos y energ\u00e9ticos para avanzar en la adopci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de fuentes de energ\u00eda renovable con bater\u00edas y soluciones de hidr\u00f3geno en particular. Sin embargo, estos objetivos corren el riesgo de verse comprometidos si la regulaci\u00f3n de los productos qu\u00edmicos cr\u00edticos necesarios para fabricar estas soluciones limpias, como las sustancias perfluoroalquiladas y polifluoroalquiladas (PFAS), no est\u00e1 bien orientada.<\/p>\n<p>El Hydrogen Council apoya la evaluaci\u00f3n basada en la ciencia de las preocupaciones ambientales reales y un enfoque reflexivo para la mitigaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos. pilas de combustible, hidr\u00f3geno y bater\u00edas, y otras tecnolog\u00edas de energ\u00eda limpia, ser\u00e1 fundamental que los reguladores (i) reconozcan que los fluoropol\u00edmeros y los perfluoropoli\u00e9teres cumplen los criterios de la OCDE para ser considerados &#039; pol\u00edmeros de baja preocupaci\u00f3n&#039; y son inherentemente diferentes de los PFAS heredados como el PFOA y el PFOS, (ii) proporcionan un marco regulatorio estable y claro que permite el uso de fluoropol\u00edmeros y perfluoropoli\u00e9teres en la industria del hidr\u00f3geno y las pilas de combustible, y
