Posteriormente, fue Director General de una PYME belga de propiedad familiar. Desde el a\u00f1o 2000, Steven ha sido consultor especializado en procesos de participaci\u00f3n de partes interesadas aplicados a la estrategia (planificaci\u00f3n de escenarios) y la innovaci\u00f3n, en una variedad de sectores y temas. Durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, ha trabajado con empresas energ\u00e9ticas, asociaciones industriales, legisladores y consultoras, ayud\u00e1ndoles a navegar por el panorama normativo y regulatorio en Europa, as\u00ed como a construir e implementar con \u00e9xito sus estrategias de promoci\u00f3n. Las principales \u00e1reas de inter\u00e9s de Daria han sido el desarrollo de un marco normativo y legislativo propicio para el hidr\u00f3geno, la tarificaci\u00f3n del carbono y el dise\u00f1o de los mercados mayoristas de energ\u00eda europeos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Andrei V. Tchouvelev | Director de Seguridad\/Regulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4974\" src=\"https:\/\/hydrogencouncil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/AVT_static.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"198\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Andrei tiene 38 a\u00f1os de experiencia en energ\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda de hidr\u00f3geno, incluidos 20 a\u00f1os en el desarrollo de RCS. Ha realizado investigaciones hist\u00f3ricas sobre la seguridad del hidr\u00f3geno, en temas como el comportamiento del hidr\u00f3geno, la ventilaci\u00f3n, los hazlocs, los contratiempos y la colocaci\u00f3n de sensores. Anteriormente, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como presidente de HySafe de 2011 a 2015 y est\u00e1 completando su mandato como presidente de ISO\/TC 197 de 2012 a diciembre de 2021.
