La descarbonizaci\u00f3n y la resiliencia no son incompatibles; requieren la misma inversi\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>Para alcanzar los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos de la UE para 2040 y, al mismo tiempo, reforzar la competitividad, se requiere tanto la electrificaci\u00f3n directa como el uso de hidr\u00f3geno a gran escala en la industria y el transporte.<br \/><br \/>\u27a1\ufe0fNuestro objetivo: convertir la ambici\u00f3n en resultados concretos, impulsando la demanda en tres \u00e1reas prioritarias.<br \/><br \/>1\ufe0f\u20e3Transporte por carretera: las tecnolog\u00edas de bater\u00edas y pilas de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno deben ampliarse en paralelo para alcanzar los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos y respaldar la competitividad industrial.<br \/>\ud83d\udcddSolicitamos: el despliegue sincronizado de veh\u00edculos e infraestructura, estaciones de repostaje a gran escala y el r\u00e1pido desarrollo de cadenas de suministro de hidr\u00f3geno l\u00edquido para reducir costes y permitir la producci\u00f3n a gran escala.<br \/><br \/>2\ufe0f\u20e3Sector mar\u00edtimo: las soluciones de amon\u00edaco limpio est\u00e1n listas para su implementaci\u00f3n a gran escala; ahora es fundamental contar con normas claras. El amon\u00edaco limpio puede diversificar la matriz de combustibles marinos de Europa y reducir la dependencia de las importaciones de combustibles f\u00f3siles. <br \/>\ud83d\udcdd Hicimos un llamamiento para: Reforzar REFuelEU Maritime, el EU ETS para el sector mar\u00edtimo y el CBAM, al tiempo que impulsamos el Marco de Cero Emisiones Netas de la OMI a nivel mundial, para dar a los inversores la confianza necesaria para invertir capital tanto en Europa como en otros lugares. <br \/><br \/>3\ufe0f\u20e3Aviaci\u00f3n: el eSAF es fundamental para fortalecer la resiliencia del sector y reducir la dependencia de los combustibles f\u00f3siles.<br \/>\ud83d\udcddSolicitamos: la implementaci\u00f3n firme de los submandatos de ReFuelEU Aviation y la fijaci\u00f3n de precios del carbono, la reutilizaci\u00f3n de los ingresos por sanciones para apoyar el despliegue y la aceleraci\u00f3n de los sistemas de reserva y reclamaci\u00f3n para ampliar el mercado.<br \/><br \/>En resumen: la industria y los responsables pol\u00edticos deben trabajar juntos para lograrlo. Las se\u00f1ales, los mandatos, la fijaci\u00f3n de precios del carbono y los instrumentos de financiaci\u00f3n adecuados determinar\u00e1n si Europa lidera o sigue la corriente.<br \/><br \/>Gracias,
