IPHE-Jubil\u00e4ums<sup>th<\/sup> Zum Jubil\u00e4um ist H2-DEIA eine Plattform, die sich der F\u00f6rderung von Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit, Inklusion und Zug\u00e4nglichkeit (DEIA) in der schnell wachsenden globalen Wasserstoff- und Brennstoffzellenwirtschaft widmet.<\/p>\n<p>IPHE, eine globale Regierungspartnerschaft zwischen mehr als 23 L\u00e4ndern und der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, arbeitet bei H2-DEIA mit dem Hydrogen Council zusammen, einer globalen, von CEOs gef\u00fchrten Initiative, die sich aus fast 150 Branchenf\u00fchrern im Bereich Wasserstoff zusammensetzt und sich daf\u00fcr einsetzt, den Einsatz von Wasserstoff voranzutreiben, um einen gerechten \u00dcbergang zu beschleunigen auf Netto-Null.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDies ist ein stolzer Moment, und Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit und Inklusion haben f\u00fcr S\u00fcdafrika hohe Priorit\u00e4t\u201c, sagte er<strong> Rebecca Maserumule, derzeitige Vorsitzende des IPHE und Chief Science and Technology Representative-Hydrogen, Department of Science and Innovation of South Africa<\/strong>\u201eAls eine unserer ersten Aktivit\u00e4ten freuen wir uns, im Rahmen von H2-DEIA eine Pilot-Mentor-Mentee-Plattform zu starten, die dabei helfen wird, Mentoren mit denen zu verbinden, die sich f\u00fcr Wasserstoff interessieren.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>H2-DEIA stellt einen \u201eneuen Tag\u201c bei der F\u00f6rderung von Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit, Inklusion und Zug\u00e4nglichkeit dar \u2013 wobei \u201eDEIA\u201c ausgesprochen wird <em>\u201eDee-ah<\/em>\u201c und wird in vielen lateinamerikanischen Regionen treffend als \u201eTag\u201c \u00fcbersetzt \u2013 daher passend f\u00fcr die Einf\u00fchrung auf dem Hydrogen Americas Summit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Entwicklung und F\u00f6rderung eines vielf\u00e4ltigen Talentpools ist eine der wichtigsten Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr den \u00dcbergang zu einer globalen und gerechten Wirtschaft mit sauberem Wasserstoff und einer nachhaltigen Netto-Null-Zukunft\u201c, sagte er <strong>Daria Nochevnik, Direktorin des Hydrogen Council f\u00fcr Politik und Partnerschaften<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>H2-DEIA ist den Grundwerten einer zunehmend vielf\u00e4ltigen Vertretung und einer Kultur der Inklusion und Gerechtigkeit verpflichtet und bringt globale Regierungen, Industrie, Wissenschaft, gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisationen und Forschungsinstitute sowie Investoren und die breitere Stakeholder-Community zusammen, um mitzugestalten eine qualifizierte und vielf\u00e4ltige Belegschaft, die f\u00fcr die entstehende saubere Wasserstoffindustrie unerl\u00e4sslich ist. H2-DEIA erkennt an, wie wichtig es ist, den Arbeitskr\u00e4ftebedarf zu ermitteln, einschlie\u00dflich der f\u00fcr den Bereich Wasserstoff spezifischen F\u00e4higkeiten und Schulungen, und fairen Zugang und Chancen f\u00fcr unterrepr\u00e4sentierte Gruppen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Daher unterst\u00fctzt H2-DEIA verschiedene Initiativen, darunter Aktivit\u00e4ten zur Identifizierung von Qualifikationsl\u00fccken und zur Bew\u00e4ltigung von Herausforderungen St\u00e4rkung der Rekrutierung, Bindung und F\u00f6rderung einer hochqualifizierten und vielf\u00e4ltigen Belegschaft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir freuen uns \u00fcber die Partnerschaft mit dem Hydrogen Council und unseren Regierungskollegen in der internationalen Gemeinschaft\u201c, sagte er<strong> Stellvertretende IPHE-Vorsitzende, Dr. Sunita Satyapal<\/strong>. \u201eDie H2-DEIA-Vision steht im Einklang mit den Bem\u00fchungen der USA, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Zukunft mit sauberer Energie auf Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit und Inklusion basiert.\u201c Dr. Satyapal ist au\u00dferdem Direktorin des B\u00fcros f\u00fcr Wasserstoff- und Brennstoffzellentechnologien des US-Energieministeriums und w\u00e4hrend ihrer Amtszeit als IPHE-Vorsitzende war sie Mitbegr\u00fcnderin des Early Career Network (ECN) des IPHE, dem inzwischen Mitglieder aus 40 L\u00e4ndern angeh\u00f6ren. Das ECN, Mentorenprogramme, Webinare zur Karriereentwicklung und mehr werden \u00fcber die globale H2-DEIA-Website verf\u00fcgbar sein.
