Es ist ein ehrgeiziges Projekt, bei dem erstmals ein Lkw dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Ladekapazit\u00e4t (ein 220-Tonner mit einer Ladekapazit\u00e4t von 290 Tonnen = 510 Tonnen Gesamtgewicht) auf den Betrieb mit Wasserstoff umger\u00fcstet wurde, der produziert wird -Site in Hybridkombination mit einer Batterie.<\/p><ul><li>Die nuGen<sup>TM<\/sup> LKW wird von einem dieselbetriebenen Fahrzeug nachger\u00fcstet. Der Lkw verwendet eine Hybrid-Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzelle, die etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Leistung liefert, und ein Batteriepaket, das die andere H\u00e4lfte liefert, um die Energier\u00fcckgewinnung beim Bremsen zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/li><li>Wasserstoff tritt aus dem Tank in die Brennstoffzelle ein und vermischt sich mit Sauerstoff, um in einer durch Platin katalysierten chemischen Reaktion Wasser zu erzeugen. Dadurch wird Strom erzeugt, der zum Antrieb der Motoren verwendet wird, die die R\u00e4der antreiben. Die einzige Emission des Fahrzeugs ist Wasserdampf.<\/li><li>Das 2-Megawatt-Hybrid-Batterie\/Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellen-Triebwerk, das den verbauten Dieselmotor ersetzt, wurde von Anglo American und seinem Partner First Mode in Seattle, USA, entwickelt.<\/li><li>Das Energiemanagement und die Batteriesysteme im Lkw wurden entwickelt, um die Gesamteffizienz zu verbessern, indem Energie durch regeneratives Bremsen zur\u00fcckgewonnen wird, wenn der Lkw bergab f\u00e4hrt.<\/li><li>Durch die Nutzung der regenerativen Energie, die beim Bergabfahren entsteht, reduzieren wir unseren Bedarf an externer Energie. Diese in der Batterie gespeicherte Energie verl\u00e4ngert zusammen mit dem Wasserstoff die Reichweite des Lkw und verk\u00fcrzt die Standzeiten der Lkw, da die Betankung mit Wasserstoff deutlich schneller ist als das Aufladen von Batterien.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Teil des integrierten nuGen<sup>TM<\/sup> Als L\u00f6sung hat Anglo American in Mogalakwena au\u00dferdem einen Komplex zur Wasserstoffproduktion, -speicherung und -betankung f\u00fcr emissionsfreie Fahrzeuge gebaut, der den gr\u00f6\u00dften Elektrolyseur Afrikas und ein PV-Solarfeld umfasst, um den Betrieb des Transporters zu unterst\u00fctzen. Das Lenkungsmitglied des Hydrogen Council, ENGIE, ist der Wasserstoffproduzent und -lieferant in diesem Proof-of-Concept-Projekt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb70418 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bb70418\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In die Zukunft schauen<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb8d0ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb8d0ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo American plant nun, 40 dieselbetriebene Muldenkipper der Ultraklasse in Mogalakwena auf Wasserstoff umzur\u00fcsten und diese Technologie dann in ihrer weltweiten Flotte von rund 400 Lkw einzuf\u00fchren. Der Start des nuGen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>TM<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Der Lkw ist ein reales Beispiel f\u00fcr die breitere Einf\u00fchrung und Nutzung von Wasserstoff in den schwersten Transportmitteln.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit Transportern, die an den Standorten von Anglo American bis zu 801 TP2T Dieselemissionen verursachen, wird diese Technologie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum betrieblichen CO2-Neutralit\u00e4tsziel des Unternehmens leisten.
