We welcome this important initiative and call on governments to embed hydrogen and its derivatives in their strategies as a complementary solution to drive faster and more cost-effective energy system change.\u00a0<\/p><p>Two months of Middle East conflict have already cost importing countries in Europe and Asia over USD 100 billion. Energy systems dependent on narrow supply chains cannot withstand such shocks, and concentrated energy sources leave us exposed.
