Die gro\u00dfe Unbekannte ist nicht das Marktinteresse. Laut einer <a href=\"https:\/\/hydrogencouncil.com\/de\/global-hydrogen-flows-2023-update\/\">Aktueller Bericht des Hydrogen Council<\/a>wird erwartet, dass die Nachfrage nach sauberem Wasserstoff bis 2050 auf bis zu 375 Millionen Tonnen pro Jahr ansteigt. Nein, die dr\u00e4ngendere Frage betrifft unsere relative F\u00e4higkeit, die Infrastruktur auszubauen, Technologien zu verbessern und die Prozesse zu entwickeln, die zur Deckung der weltweiten Nachfrage erforderlich sind.\u00a0<\/p><p>Genau aus diesem Grund ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LChkRlosk20\">Er\u00f6ffnung einer neuen Wasserstoff-Pilotanlage<\/a> in Kawasaki, Japan, ist so bedeutsam. Die in Tokio ans\u00e4ssige Asahi Kasei Corp. betrachtet \u201ewasserstoffbezogene Gesch\u00e4fte\u201c als einen ihrer strategischen Wachstumstreiber. Und mit den geplanten Markterweiterungen am Horizont dient die Anlage als wichtiger Meilenstein auf diesem Weg: eine kommerziell rentable, mehrmodulige Anlage, die Asahi Kasei Aqualyzer nennt.<sup>TM<\/sup>, die alkalische Wasserelektrolyse in der 100-MW-Klasse durchf\u00fchren kann. Die neue Pilotanlage besteht aus vier 0,8-MW-Modulen mit Elektrolysezellen in der gleichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe wie kommerzielle Einheiten, die es erm\u00f6glichen, die Materialentwicklung und den optimierten Betrieb schneller zu testen. Diese Anlage wurde mit Unterst\u00fctzung des \u201eGreen Innovation Fund\u201c gebaut.<sup>1<\/sup> der japanischen Organisation f\u00fcr die Entwicklung neuer Energien und industrieller Technologien (NEDO).<\/p><p><strong>Skalierbarer Ansatz<\/strong><br \/>Die Technologie beginnt mit einer Basismodulgr\u00f6\u00dfe von 10 MW. Durch die Verbindung von Modulen kann Asahi Kasei die Leistung leicht erh\u00f6hen \u2013 nicht nur, um die Flexibilit\u00e4t zu verbessern, sondern auch, um schrittweise Investitionen und eine schrittweisere Umsetzung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dies kann die finanziellen und betrieblichen Risiken verringern, die so oft mit Gro\u00dfprojekten verbunden sind, und sie bieten auch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit, um den unvermeidlichen Ver\u00e4nderungen auf den Energiem\u00e4rkten Rechnung zu tragen.<\/p><p>Das erste Projekt betrifft das Fukushima Hydrogen Energy Research Field (FH2R)<sup>2<\/sup>, in der japanischen Pr\u00e4fektur Fukushima. FH2R ist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global.toshiba\/ww\/news\/energy\/2020\/03\/news-20200307-01.html\">in der Lage<\/a> Erzeugung von bis zu 2.000 Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0Wasserstoff pro Stunde unter Verwendung erneuerbarer Energie. Der von FH2R erzeugte Wasserstoff wird f\u00fcr verschiedene lokale Demonstrationen verwendet, beispielsweise f\u00fcr die Wasserstofftankstelle neben FH2R.<\/p><p><strong>Partnerschaften treiben die Entwicklung voran<\/strong><\/p><p>Asahi Kasei hat bei FH2R bereits ein gro\u00df angelegtes Einzelmodul vorgef\u00fchrt, das seit 2020 mehr als 10.000 Betriebsstunden absolviert hat. Dies unterstreicht die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Anlage und Asahi Kaseis Engagement f\u00fcr die fortlaufende Wartung nach der Installation. Asahi Kasei arbeitet nun mit Gentari, einem Energieunternehmen mit Sitz in Kuala Lumpur, einem Mitglied des Hydrogen Council, zusammen, um eine Demonstration der 60-MW-Klasse zu planen. Ziel ist es, schlie\u00dflich in ganz Asien gr\u00f6\u00dfere kommerzielle Anlagen zu errichten. Ein Front-End-Engineering-Design (FEED) befindet sich derzeit in der Entwicklung.<\/p><p>Aqualyzer<sup>TM<\/sup>Das Design von erm\u00f6glicht den einfachen Austausch von Ger\u00e4ten wie Membranen und Zellen, wenn Fehlfunktionen auftreten. Das Pilotsystem bei Kawasaki Works verwendet mehrere Module, erweitert die Flexibilit\u00e4t, verbessert die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und verringert die Ausfallzeiten. Entscheidend ist, dass die Anlage so gebaut ist, dass sie die Schwankungen bei der Produktion erneuerbarer Energien aufgrund der unvorhersehbaren Natur von Quellen wie Wind und Sonne ber\u00fccksichtigt. Elektrolyseger\u00e4te m\u00fcssen besonders reaktionsschnell auf diese \u00c4nderungen reagieren.<\/p><p>Da der globale Wasserstoffmarkt weiter w\u00e4chst, sind Technologien und Partnerschaften wie diese von entscheidender Bedeutung, um Innovationen voranzutreiben und mit regulatorischen \u00c4nderungen und sich \u00e4ndernden Verbraucheranforderungen Schritt zu halten.<\/p><p><strong>Ein entscheidender Schritt nach vorne<\/strong><\/p><p>Zusammengenommen positionieren diese Projekte Asahi Kasei als Vorreiter und Pionier der Energiewende. Und wie der Bericht des Hydrogen Council betont, unterstreicht der Vorsto\u00df in Richtung einer emissionsarmen Wasserstoffwirtschaft die Dringlichkeit derartiger robuster Fortschritte. Tats\u00e4chlich stellen innovative Anlageninvestitionen wie die Pilotanlage von Asahi Kasei einen entscheidenden Schritt nach vorne dar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dennoch muss noch mehr getan werden. Damit die Energiewende erfolgreich sein kann, werden skalierbarere Entwicklungen wie diese grundlegend sein, um die Gesellschaft in eine sauberere Energiezukunft zu f\u00fchren. Bei entsprechender Unterst\u00fctzung kann Wasserstoffenergie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Eind\u00e4mmung des Klimawandels und der F\u00f6rderung der Energiesicherheit spielen.\u00a0<\/p><p>1:
