Unter den richtigen Rahmenbedingungen und wenn afrikanische L\u00e4nder 15% des erwarteten weltweit gehandelten Wasserstoffvolumens aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen, k\u00f6nnte die Produktion von erneuerbarem Wasserstoff f\u00fcr den Export von 1 Million Tonnen pro Jahr (Mtpa) im Jahr 2030 auf 11 Mtpa im Jahr 2050 steigen. Die Produktion von erneuerbarem Wasserstoff k\u00f6nnte eine kumulierte Investition von 400 Milliarden USD mobilisieren. Dies w\u00fcrde den afrikanischen Exportwert im Jahr 2050 um 15 Milliarden USD erh\u00f6hen und eine kumulierte\u00a013 Millionen Jobjahre bis 2050<\/strong>und k\u00f6nnte auch\u00a0erm\u00f6glichen eine schnellere Bereitstellung erneuerbarer Energie f\u00fcr den Hausgebrauch zu niedrigeren\u00a0<\/strong>Kosten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jedoch,\u00a0unter den gegenw\u00e4rtigen Umst\u00e4nden<\/strong>, Afrikas h\u00f6heres L\u00e4nderrisiko und Projektdurchf\u00fchrungsrisiko treiben die Finanzierungskosten in die H\u00f6he, was\u00a0Die erwarteten Kosten f\u00fcr die Wasserstoffproduktion in afrikanischen L\u00e4ndern sind h\u00f6her als in denen im Nahen Osten und in Australien.<\/strong>. Es besteht daher die M\u00f6glichkeit<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00fcr die Beteiligten, Afrikas Wasserstoffpotenzial f\u00fcr seine B\u00fcrger und f\u00fcr die Welt zu realisieren. Die Beteiligten k\u00f6nnten eine oder mehrere der folgenden Ma\u00dfnahmen in Betracht ziehen, um\u00a0Senkung der Finanzierungskosten und damit Erh\u00f6hung der Erfolgschancen von Projekten<\/strong>. Dazu geh\u00f6ren der Abschluss von Abnahmevertr\u00e4gen und der Sicherstellung der Hardwareversorgung, die Einrichtung einer gemeinsamen Infrastruktur, die Identifizierung und Zusammenarbeit mit f\u00e4higen Lieferanten f\u00fcr Engineering, Beschaffung und Bau (EPC), der Einsatz einer Versicherung gegen politische Risiken sowie die Strukturierung und Bereitstellung zinsg\u00fcnstiger Finanzierungen.<\/p>\n
